Interactions between clients/representatives and Agency staff should be on a pleasant, positive, and professional level to avoid potential conflicts of interest, which could occur in personal relationships (e.g. friendship or dating). We encourage you to be discreet in sharing personal information with an Agency Representative. Should any information that you may have shared with an employee have an impact on our delivery of your services, our Administrator will be notified and a determination will be made regarding the continuation of your services.
