CareSphere provides services through the following Payers:
a. Consolidated Waiver (COMP): This waiver provides funding for services and supports that allow individuals with developmental disabilities to live in the community. The COMP waiver provides a broad range of services such as personal assistance, community integration, respite care, transportation, and environmental modifications.
b. Community Living Waiver (CLW): This waiver provides funding for individuals who need 24-hour supports to live in the community. The CLW offers services such as personal care, nursing, behavioral support, and specialized medical equipment.
c. Person/Family Directed Support (P/FDS) Waiver: This waiver provides funding for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families to design and manage their own support services. The P/FDS waiver offers services such as personal assistance, behavioral support, respite care, and transportation.
d. Base Funded Waivers: This waiver provides financial resources for individuals with developmental disabilities in specific county jurisdictions, ensuring a closer and more tailored support system. The base funded waivers cover services that are crucial for individuals to thrive in their communities, emphasizing personal assistance, localized care, and other necessary supports to enhance their quality of life.
